Ryan began working in land brokerage as an intern in college in 2004. Since becoming licensed in 2005 he has brokered hundreds of land transactions throughout Idaho. Residential and multi-family development sales include roughly 3,000 finished residential lots and over 15,000 entitled lots. He has also been involved in various commercial projects ranging from individual lot sales to large acreage shopping center developments. Other transaction types include farm, ranch, and golf courses.
